Lunch: 1 1/2 slices wheat bread, 1 TB pumpkin butter, 2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 serving deli turkey slices; 1/2 piece apple pie
Dinner: Tuna noodle casserole; 1 beer

Breakfast: 2 slices wheat bread, 1 fried (in olive oil spray) egg, 1/2 oz cheese, 1 morningstar farms veggie sausage; coffee
Lunch: Wendy’s grilled chicken sandwich & small fries
Dinner: Eggnog with rum, chicken nachos (homemade)
Exercise: 4.6 mile (very steep) hike (3 hours)

Brunch: Biscuits & gravy, 2 sausages, scrambled eggs, coffee
Dinner: Squash gratin; 1/2 slice pumpkin pie; 1/2 slice apple pie; 1 pumpkin chocolate brownie

Breakfast: 1 banana, 2 little raspberry pastry thingies, mimosas
Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled with turkey & cheese & parsley.
Dinner: Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, frittata, cream cheese dip, stuffing, Squash gratin, 1.5 Pimms cups, 2 beers
Exercise: 4 mile Turkey Trot (2 miles downhill from the Zoo to the Rose Garden, then right back up to [...]

Lunch: 1 chicken & rice burrito-like thing (no sour cream), 1 Diet Dr. Pepper (lots o’ soda today)

Lunch: 2 slices (homemade) wheat bread, 1 oz chicken, 1 oz cheddar, 1 TB mayo; Diet Coke
Dinner: 1 cup wheat pasta, 1/2 cup (homemade) marinara, a lot of frozen veggies, 1 rum & diet coke
Snack: 1 banana
Exercise: Bikram yoga - 90 minutes
Weight: 151.0 (-1.6)
