Breakfast: 2 fig newtons, 1 slice of wheat bread with 1 TB peanut butter, 1 TB pumpkin butter, 1 cup of coffee with vanilla soymilk
Lunch: goat gouda (1 oz), 1 slice of wheat bread
Dinner: couscous with turkey sausage
Snack: Silk pumpkin spice w/ rum
Exercise: 5 mile run
