Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with: 1 TB brown sugar, 1 TB wheat germ, 1 TB flax seed, 1 TB peanut butter; 1 Diet Coke
Lunch: 1 chicken & rice burrito-like thing (no sour cream), 1 Diet Dr. Pepper (lots o’ soda today)
Dinner: potato-cheese-beer-bacon soup in bread bowl (did not finish breadbowl) & garlic bread; 2 beers (I was…ahem…carbo-loading for my 4-mile run). eggnog.
Snack: 1 small banana, 2 mini-3 Muskateers
Exercise: I think I’m resting in preparation for the race tomorrow.
