Breakfast: 2 fig newtons, 1 slice of wheat bread with 1 TB peanut butter, 1 TB pumpkin butter, 1 cup of coffee with vanilla soymilk
Lunch: goat gouda (1 oz), 1 slice of wheat bread
Dinner: couscous with turkey sausage
Snack: Silk pumpkin spice w/ rum
Exercise: 5 mile run

November 22, 2008

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with vanilla soymilk
Lunch: 1 bowl chili, 1/2 slice of bread with butter
Dinner: party food - mostly cheese, a few grapes, 2 mini ginger cupcakes, 6 glasses of wine

November 21, 2008

Breakfast: 1 bowl of oatmeal with: 1 TB brown sugar, 1 TB wheat germ, 1 TB flax seed, 1/2 banana, 1 TB peanut butter; 1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk
Lunch: 1 turkey sandwich on wheat w/ fat-free mayo, 1 slice provolone, lettuce, tomato; 1 bag sun chips; water
Dinner: 3 slices homemade pizza [...]

But Why?

This is probably really really boring. BUT I need to write this shit down somewhere, and where better than somewhere that people can criticize me offer support, right?
So - starting 11/21/08, I will record my food, my exercise, and (weekly on Mondays), my weight.
