It’s the last day of the year - and I’m feeling pretty positive about next year.
Breakfast: 1 vanilla bean yogurt, 1/2 cup of Crispex, 1 large, non-fat vanilla latte (twice in one week! decadent!)
Morning Snack: Banana
Lunch: Salad with pecans, shredded cheese, tomatoes, white beans & greens (of course)

I didn’t get any exercise today - but I’ve already achieved my goal of 27 workouts this month, even with 4 rest days (I doubled up on a couple of days). I ate my breakfast too late, and then my lunch & snack kind of ran into each other. And then, there was lefse waiting [...]

2nd Breakfast/Lunch: 1 large fruit smoothie with blueberries, 1 banana, flax seed, vanilla soy milk & peanut butter. YUM.

Dinner: 1 piece of cornbread, 1/2 cup turkey etouffee, 1 piece of veggie pizza, 1 beer
Snack: 1 piece of pumpkin pecan pie

Happy Christmas, every one!
Breakfast: Biegnets (2) with mimosas (2.5) and coffee (just the one)
