Breakfast: 2 eggs, microwave scrambled with chicken & cheese, 1 large skinny vanilla latte
Lunch: salad: greens, cheese, beets, tomatoes; 1/2 baked potato with salsa and 1 TB sour cream; diet coke
Dinner: 1 spring roll, rice, stir-fried eggplant, 2 small glasses of wine
Snack: 1.5 cookies, 1 slice (homemade) bread; 1 banana
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 4 mile bike ride, 15 minutes abs
