I think this was my most unhealthy day in a LONG time.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 oz cheese, 1 slice homemade bread; large cup of coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: cookies (I am such a health nut)
Dinner: nothing (again with the health)
Water: 0 oz
Exercise: 90 minutes Vinyasa flow yoga
