Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 oz cheese, 1 slice bread w/ PB; coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: couscous & black beans, salad; 1 cookie
Dinner: wine (1 glass); roast chicken, steamed broccoli, 1 slice homemade bread
Water: 64 oz

No snacks at all? I need a little 3:30 blood sugar revival or I’ll wilt away.

That’s a bit misleading - I tend to spread my breakfast out for at least an hour, and same with my lunch. I also snacked on chicken while the broccoli was steaming.
I’ll have to think about how I describe my eating habits.
