Today was the first day we got out of the house in a LONG time. And I ate like we’d been trapped at home without food for 5 days. Which, of course, we hadn’t.
Breakfast: 1 slice of bread, peanut butter & pumpkin butter
Lunch: 2 eggs (over medium) 2 pieces of toast, hashbrowns & Canadian bacon, 70-thousand cups of coffee, 1/2 piece of peach pie
Dinner: 2 slices of veggie pizza
Snack: bread w/ peanut butter, 2 cookies
Water: 48 oz
Exercise: 30 minutes shoveling; 1.5 mile walk
