I had a mostly good day - no real complaints - just wish I hadn’t eaten that last piece of pizza. Or those cookies.
Breakfast: Coffee with soy creamer, 1 cup french vanilla yogurt, 3/4 cup of honey nut cheerios
Lunch: Salad with 1 cup of greens, 1 oz chicken, some white beans & 1 tomato
Snack: (Sugar free) hot cocoa
Dinner: Pizza (veggie), maybe 4 pieces & 2 beers
Later snack: 1 can of Sprite, 3 shortbread cookies, 1 snickerdoodle
Water: 80 oz (woo!)
Exercise: 4 miles on the treadmill (which felt AWESOME) and about 1/2 mile (brisk) walk.
I’m just pleased that the cookies are almost gone. Of course, I still have 3/4 of a pie in the fridge. But by this time next week, I will be going sugar free for January. I need a serious break from all the sweets I’ve consumed during Feastmus month.
I’m working on figuring out both my January challenges as well as some more long-term challenges. I think that 2009 is my year - both for fitness & food. I’m ready to figure out what my body wants/needs and actually listen to it! I think it’s time that I dropped these last pounds for real, instead of just talking about it.
