Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled, 2 pieces of turkey bacon (not scrambled)
Lunch: 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup turkey etouffee, 1 piece of cornbread, 2/3 cup cranberries
Dinner: 1 piece of cornbread, 1/2 cup turkey etouffee, 1 piece of veggie pizza, 1 beer
Snack: 1 piece of pumpkin pecan pie
Water: 96 oz
Exercise: 90 minutes elliptical, 90 minutes yoga
Today was 100% cookie free! WOO!
But, I overate at both lunch & dinner. I was full about 2/3 of the way through my plate, but continued to clean my plate anyway. Dammit! I’m feeling positive that I’m recognizing my fullness - just wish I was to the point of doing something about it. Oh, well - baby steps, right? I did get a good 3 hours of exercise in, so that was kinda awesome.
