December 29, 2008 (Weigh-in Day)
I didn’t get any exercise today - but I’ve already achieved my goal of 27 workouts this month, even with 4 rest days (I doubled up on a couple of days). I ate my breakfast too late, and then my lunch & snack kind of ran into each other. And then, there was lefse waiting for me when I got home, and I love lefse. A lot. I think we should all be impressed that I only ate 2 pieces of lefse. And that I didn’t use butter.
Breakfast: 1 large vanilla latte (non-fat); cherry vanilla yogurt, honey nut cheerios
Lunch: Rice & White Bean/Turkey Soup
Afternoon Snack: small handful of nuts (pecans); 1 piece of cheese (cheddar)
Dinner: 1 cup steamed broccoli; 1 piece of homemade wheat bread; 1 oz cheese; 2 pieces of lefse; 1/4 cup of cranberries; 1 beer
Water: 64 oz
Weight: 148.0 (-2.8/-4.6) - That makes me feel pretty damn good!!
