Breakfast: Coke Zero, French Vanilla Yogurt, Honey Nut Cheerios
Morning Snack: Banana
Lunch: Rice & White Bean turkey soup
Afternoon Snack: 1 piece of homemade wheat bread, 1 oz cheese, 1 piece lefse
Dinner: Salad with tomatoes & white beans & pecans & shredded cheese; 1 baked potato with broccoli
Water: 90 oz
Exercise: 4.5 mile run (12 miles for the week, 8 miles to go for my 20 mile week! WOO!)
Getting in that morning exercise makes all the difference for my whole day!
