Breakfast: the architect made 2-egg omelets for each of us (with chicken, greens, onions, garlic, tomato & a bit of cheese); coffee; a couple sips of a bloody mary
Lunch: cookies, of course

Today was the first day we got out of the house in a LONG time. And I ate like we’d been trapped at home without food for 5 days. Which, of course, we hadn’t.

Another day snowed in!  I did get out for a bit today, but the roads are icy and snowy, so I didn’t run.
Breakfast: 2 multi-grain (organic) waffles with apple butter & peanut butter, coffee and soy nog
Lunch: cookies (what else?) and coffee with soy nog

Didn’t get out today like I’d planned - not going to a party probably means better eating, though!
Breakfast: 2 multi-grain toaster waffles, 1.5 TB peanut butter, 2 TB pumpkin butter; 2 large cups of coffee with soy nog
Lunch: A mishmash of bread & cookies (of course!)
Dinner: 1 bowl of African peanut soup, 1.5 slices of [...]

Today was weird
Breakfast: hard-boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bread, 1 TB peanut butter, 1 TB pumpkin butter, 1 oz cheese, coffee & creamer
Lunch: salad & soup
Dinner: this is where it gets weird
3 glasses of wine
1 martini
1 beer (Bud Light! EWW!)
2 potstickers
some California rolls
1 mini corn dog
couscous and black beans
Water: 80 oz (yay!)
Exercise: 3.5 walk/run

Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of bread, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 cup of coffee with soy eggnog (yum)
Lunch: 1 large helping of walnut, dried cranberry & pear salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 1 piece of lasagna, two tiny bars
Dinner: 1/2 turkey sandwich at McMenamin’s, 1 order of tater tots (yum!) 2.5  [...]
