Breakfast: Raisin bran, soy milk, medium coffee w/ half and half
Morning snack: 10 almonds
Lunch: tortilla soup, 1 slice of bread, 1 piece of string cheese
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza; 3 beers
Water: 96 oz (yay!)
Exercise: none (boo!)

Breakfast: 1 bowl of instant oatmeal, Luna bar (chocolate peppermint - YUM)
Morning Snack: apple & peanut butter
Lunch: Small salad & chicken
Afternoon snack: string cheese & 1 oz almonds
Dinner: Tortilla soup, 1/2 slice of bread
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 45 minutes in the pool: 8 laps warmup (200 yds); 8 laps kickboard, 8 laps freestyle, 4 laps kickboard, [...]

Breakfast: vanilla low-fat yogurt, a little raisin bran, coffee & soy creamer
Morning snack: banana & PB
Lunch: 1 slice of bread, delicious chicken (leftover)
Afternoon snack: 1 string cheese, walnuts
Dinner: Chicken Tortilla Soup with cheese & extra sour cream (this stuff was so spicy)
Water: 72 oz
Exercise: 3 miles in 32:42

Breakfast: vanilla yogurt & raisin bran, coffee & soy creamer
Morning snack: banana & 2 TB peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 slice of (homemade) bread, Moroccan stew, 1 oz cheese
Dinner: Spanish style chicken, 1/2 slice (homemade) bread, 1 large glass of wine
Water: 64 oz

January 25 (weigh-in day)

Breakfast: oatmeal with pumpkin butter, peanut butter & walnuts, coffee w/ creamer
Lunch: pancakes with butter, bananas, walnuts & syrup
Afternoon snack: a couple of bites of rice & beans and some friend plantains
Dinner: 1/2 beer, moroccan stew & a couple bites of homemade bread
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 5 hour run
Weight: 148.0 (+1/-4.6)

Dinner: 2 martinis (this is where it went wrong); chips, salsa, papusas, tamale, fried plantains
