Today was not so good. I have cramps. I’m sure that’s TMI, but I don’t care.
Breakfast: coffee with soy creamer, Luna bar, lime flavored. Too sweet, too early. BLECH!
2nd Breakfast (post-workout): 1 cup of vanilla (low-fat) yogurt, 1/2 cup Special K vanilla almond cereal, diet coke
Lunch: white bean & turkey soup, 15 saltines
Dinner: Homemade vegetarian chili, 20 saltines (I love crackers), 1/2 oz shredded cheese, 2 glasses of wine
Dessert: 1 tiny square of dark chocolate
Water 64 oz.
Exercise: 30 minute run, 30 minutes of arms
Mood: pissy.
