Still feel gross.
Breakfast: low-fat vanilla yogurt, vanilla-almond special K, diet coke
Lunch: 1 banana, 2 pieces of string cheese, 2 TB peanut butter
Afternoon snack: 1 mini Twix, 1 mini Baby Ruth, 4 TB peanut butter, 1 Diet Coke
Dinner: At this point, I’m thinking chocolate covered strawberries & wine, but maybe I’ll feel healthier when I get home.
Water: 32 oz (if I finish what’s next to me)
Exercise: I walked to the bus stop & back - 1/2 mile. I walked to get a diet coke (5 minutes round trip). Maybe I’ll get on the elliptical when I get home. Or maybe I’ll just curl up in a fetal position & die. Hard to say.
