Breakfast: Oatmeal! Made with vanilla soymilk & water, and I added: a bit of soy creamer (I cooked it a bit too long), peanut butter, pumpkin butter, raisins & pecans. I also had some coffee & soy creamer.
Lunch: Chili with 1/2 oz cheddar & some saltines.
Dinner: 3 small slices of homemade pizza, 2 very small rum & Diet Cokes
Dessert: 2 small squares of dark chocolate
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: yoga
This headache is KILLING me, people! Ow! Ow! Ow! I am starting to feel a bit like Jeannette (except, you know, this has been 24 hours & not 11 months. But I have even more empathy than before).
