Breakfast: My usual weekend fare of oatmeal (1/3 cup each oats, water, vanilla soymilk) with peanut butter & pumpkin butter with pecans. Coffee w/ soy creamer
Brunch: Eleventy cups of coffee w/ half & half; 2 eggs over medium, potatoes, and a delious muffin
Dinner: Enchilada casserole, 4 beers (Crazy indulger that I am).
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 6 mile run/walk
Still headachey, but it comes & goes. Am enjoying watching ‘from dusk ’til dawn’ with the architect.

I am getting a lot out of reading this…that sometimes you indulge but it’s not the end of the world (I can be perfectionistic and freak out at such occurrences), that you still have chocolate and beer but in moderation, and most impressively, that you never, ever snack after dinner. Muy inspiring and downright educational!
These are the things I THINK I know but clearly don’t. So thanks. I’m learning a lot!

“Never ever” is so strong - hardly ever is probably better. I try to not have anything after my evening meal, because when I do, I want more.
I also try to do a morning snack & afternoon snack, but that doesn’t always work out.
I’m so glad that you’re enjoying this! I’m hoping to learn something, too!
