January 12, 2009 (Weigh-In Day)
Breakfast: Oatmeal (my go-to breakfast on non-work days), today made with water, vanilla soy milk, apple butter, peanut butter & pecans, sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar; coffee w/ soy milk
Lunch: 1.5 pieces of leftover lasagna
Snacks: 5 chocolate covered strawberries, 1 banana
Dinner: leftover enchilada casserole, 1 square dark chocolate, 1 beer
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: Elliptical, 45 minutes
Weight: 149.2 (0/-3.4). I am still holding steady here - I’m hoping to see a fairly big loss next Monday, since this was a 0 week, and last week was a gain. I will be drinking all my water & really concentrating on eating intuitively.
The only thing I have this week that might trip me up is knitting & wine night Wednesday evening. BUT - I will get my workouts in this week (unlike last week) & will be good the rest of the time - and I think I can make it work for me.

Enchilada casserole…that sounds yummy. I’m trying to do good with the intuitive eating plan. After the marathon, if I really want to lose that 10 or 15 by April 1st, I will need to start food journaling again. Maybe I can have you or someone else review them each week. I like that you put yours right out there and let people comment.
