I am so hungover today (the 18th) that even typing about food is making me feel a weird combination of nauseated & ravenous. But here goes:
Breakfast: oatmeal with vanilla soymilk, pumpkin butter & peanut butter; sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar
Lunch: Leftover pear & gorgonzola salad - it was alright, but I didn’t like the dressing & had forgotten to ask for dressing on the side. 1 slice of bread with peanut butter & lemon curd.
Dinner: some cheesey/tomato pasta bake (3 bites); 2 tiny potatoes with some kind of fancy potato topping; 2 bites of macaroni salad (blech); 3 crackers, and 5 small pieces of cheese. 3 glasses of wine.
Exercise: 2 mile run/1 mile walk
Water: 32 ounces (this, and my smallish dinner, might explain today’s headache)
