It was a good day.
Breakfast: 1 cup of French vanilla yogurt, Raisin Bran
Lunch: Big-ass salad with: greens, cheese, bread cubes, beets, walnuts, chicken, avocado, tomatoes
Dinner: The architect made an awesome crockpot chicken curry & I had it with brown rice, 1 beer & 2 glasses of champagne (hey! we were celebrating) while watching CSPAN replay the inauguration.
Exercise: 1 mile BRISK (it was cold) walk to & from car (I parked far away, and only half way into the walk realized that I was wearing a skirt with no tights….BRRRR)
Water: 96 oz. Go me!
