I’m pretty pleased that I’m able to keep up with my intuitive eating with all this stress!
Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt with raisin bran, 1 medium non-fat vanilla latte
Morning snack: banana & 2 TB peanut butter (hopefully not salmonella PB)
Lunch: leftover chicken curry & brown rice
Afternoon snack: 1 string cheese, 1 serving almonds
Dinner: 2 beers, 10 saltines, 10 mini-pieces of cheddar, 10 tsps of salsa (stack cheese on saltines, top with salsa -YUM!)
Water: 96 oz
Exercise: 3 mile run
