Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt & raisin bran; coffee with soy creamer
Morning snack: banana & peanut butter
Lunch: baked potato & leftover chicken curry
Afternoon snack: apple, 1 oz. cheese & peanut butter (forgot my nuts today)
Dinner: Chicken tacos with guacamole, 1.5 glasses of wine, 1 square of chocolate
Water: 96 oz
Exercise: Circuit this morning: 3 sets each of 15 reps of 3 different ab workouts; 3 sets each of 10-15 reps of chest & bicep weights; 10 minutes of cardio.
