January 25 (weigh-in day)
Breakfast: oatmeal with pumpkin butter, peanut butter & walnuts, coffee w/ creamer
Lunch: pancakes with butter, bananas, walnuts & syrup
Afternoon snack: a couple of bites of rice & beans and some friend plantains
Dinner: 1/2 beer, moroccan stew & a couple bites of homemade bread
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 5 hour run
Weight: 148.0 (+1/-4.6)
I’m pretty sure the martini/Mexican food fest Friday night contributed to this - but also I’ve noticed that after posting a decent loss (of 2+ lbs), I usually gain about a pound the next week, and then lose again the following.
This week is going to be stressful again, but I don’t have any social stuff planned this week, and am doing menu planning this week to make sure that I don’t come home & eat whatever.
I’m sad because I have no more salad greens, so it will be a salad-free week. I forgot to get salad mix last weekend on my shopping trip, and we get no more groceries until next weekend.
This week is going to be soup & chicken & baked potatoes.
