Breakfast: vanilla yogurt & raisin bran, coffee & soy creamer
Morning snack: banana & 2 TB peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 slice of (homemade) bread, Moroccan stew, 1 oz cheese
Dinner: Spanish style chicken, 1/2 slice (homemade) bread, 1 large glass of wine
Water: 64 oz
I slacked on exercise again - I know that I have a tendency to skip exercise after work (esp. if it’s dark & cold & the house smells like chicken), but since I’m trying to be easy on myself for the next couple of weeks, I’m going to let it go.
My big issues today were not having my morning snack until 11:30, no lunch until 3, and no afternoon snack. I have set reminders on my work computer to remind me to eat ( how lame is that?) so hopefully I’ll start doing better.
