Breakfast: vanilla low-fat yogurt, a little raisin bran, coffee & soy creamer
Morning snack: banana & PB
Lunch: 1 slice of bread, delicious chicken (leftover)
Afternoon snack: 1 string cheese, walnuts
Dinner: Chicken Tortilla Soup with cheese & extra sour cream (this stuff was so spicy)
Water: 72 oz
Exercise: 3 miles in 32:42
