Breakfast: 1 bowl of instant oatmeal, Luna bar (chocolate peppermint - YUM)
Morning Snack: apple & peanut butter
Lunch: Small salad & chicken
Afternoon snack: string cheese & 1 oz almonds
Dinner: Tortilla soup, 1/2 slice of bread
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 45 minutes in the pool: 8 laps warmup (200 yds); 8 laps kickboard, 8 laps freestyle, 4 laps kickboard, 2 laps cool down. I didn’t quite get in the 1000 yds on my workout, but did 750 today (not bad - it was my first time in the pool since last March or April), and could’ve done a few more if it wasn’t for the people watching me swim & making me all nervous. I think that I may have to check out the pool near my house later this spring to see what it’s like swimming there; or maybe switch to a weekend mid-day swim or something. Pre-work hours are crowded & then people look at you.
