Lunch: tortilla soup, 1 slice of bread, 1 piece of string cheese
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza; 3 beers
Water: 96 oz (yay!)

Morning snack: Banana & PB
Lunch: Chicken & bread & string cheese
Afternoon snack: 10 almonds, 1 mini butterfinger
Dinner: Pasta & broccoli, 1 slice of bread; 1 rum & coke
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 30 minute of biking; 30 minutes of arm weights, 3 mile walk after work
