Breakfast: coffee & two donuts (my annual birthday treat! yay!)
Lunch: banana with PB; tuna & rice casserole
Snack:1.5 pieces of homemade bread (very filling)
Dinner: chicken fajita soup; grilled cheese sandwich; 1 beer
Water: 12 oz (FAIL)
Exercise: 20 minute walk

February 20, 2009

Breakfast: blueberry muffin, large non-fat vanilla latte
Lunch: chicken & rice burrito; diet Dr. Pepper
Afternoon snack: banana & PB
Dinner: 3/4 of an appetizer cheese quesadilla, some artichoke dip with pita; tuna & rice casserole; 4 beers (what? I was hungry)
Water: 80 oz
Exercise: not really

Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter; coffee with soy milk
Morning snack: banana with peanut butter
lunch: Fried rice, baby carrots
Dinner: Cheese sandwich with ketchup
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: nothing but about 1/2 mile walk

Pre-swim: Small piece of bread with peanut butter
Breakfast: Large fat-free Hazelnut latte (I went out on a limb with a new flavor, and all I can say is, eh), oatmeal with peanut butter
Lunch: small buffalo burger, 1/2 oz cheese, 15 baby carrots, tomato, Diet Coke
Afternoon snack: peanut butter; Diet Dr. Pepper

Breakfast: 1/2 banana; 7/8 of a cinnamon scone, 1 medium fat-free vanilla latte
Morning snack: 1 banana
Lunch: Couscous with black beans, onions, garlic & tomatoes; steamed broccoli
Afternoon snack: 10 almonds, 15 baby carrots, 3 mini 3 Muskateers
Dinner: 1/3 lb. buffalo burger with 1 oz cheese, 1.5 slices homemade bread; 1/2 cup steamed asparagus, lots o’ ketchup

Breakfast: 2 whole grain waffles, 2 TB peanut butter, 2 TB jam, 1/2 banana; coffee with soy milk
Lunch: 1 chicken breast with sauce, 1/3 cup of cooked pasta; 1 slice of cherry pie
Dinner: Couscous with black beans, onions, garlic & tomatoes; steamed broccoli; 1.5 glasses of wine
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 2.5 hour hike in Forest Park

February 15, 2009 (weigh-in day)

Breakfast: oatmeal (1/3 cup each of water, oats, soy creamer; peanut butter, apple butter, 1/2 banana & 1 tsp vanilla); coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: 1/2 cup garlic mashed potatoes topped with 2 TB melted shredded cheese
Post-run lunch: 2 whole grain waffles, 2 TB peanut butter, 2 TB jam & 1/2 banana
