Breakfast: Oatmeal with PB, apple butter, walnuts; coffee
Lunch: 1 slice of leftover pizza; BBQ chips & dip (yuck); a handful of cookies (double yuck); 2 pieces of string cheese
Dinner: 1/2 of a turkey mango wrap; a few tots; a few glasses of beer; a couple vodka drinks; 3 tortilla chips with salsa & pineapple
Water: 96 oz (my one triumph for the day)
Exercise: 90 minutes of Bikram
Today was pretty bad - I don’t know what happened - I had the chips & dip, and then all of sudden I found myself eating a handful of cookies! So weird!
