Breakfast: oatmeal with Apple butter, peanut butter & walnuts
Lunch/Afternoon snack/Dinner: A large serving of homemade nachos (which makes them a little healthier than restaurant nachos - I baked cut-up tortillas for the chips, used ground turkey, light cheese & light sour cream. It was DELICIOUS with a little guac on top. YUM!; 2 beers
