Pre-workout: 1/2 slice of bread; coffee & soy creamer (all the better because my delightful architect got up at the ass-crack of dawn to make me coffee & drive me to the gym).
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with a spoonful of peanut butter
Lunch: Grilled veggie panini with zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, onions, goat cheese; some nasty fries (blech! ate them anyways) with ketcup & mayo; Diet Coke
Afternoon snack: Banana & PB
Dinner: mini quesadillas on corn tortillas with tomatoes, corn, broccoli, onions, garlic & cheese (and sour cream); 2 glasses of wine
Water: 96 oz
Exercise: 3-mile run (31:20)
