February 15, 2009 (weigh-in day)
Breakfast: oatmeal (1/3 cup each of water, oats, soy creamer; peanut butter, apple butter, 1/2 banana & 1 tsp vanilla); coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: 1/2 cup garlic mashed potatoes topped with 2 TB melted shredded cheese
Post-run lunch: 2 whole grain waffles, 2 TB peanut butter, 2 TB jam & 1/2 banana
Afternoon snack: 1/2 banana & 1 beer (not together)
Dinner: 2 slices of pizza & 1 beer
Exercise: 9 mile run
Water: 96 oz
Weigh-in: 146.4 (-1.4/-6.4) - this jumps around a bit, and it’s a bit disheartening to note that in the last month, I’ve only lost 0.6 lbs. I’m hoping that this picks up again (for awhile I was not paying attention to alcohol intake, which makes a HUGE difference for me - now I’m weekends & happy hours only).
