Pre-swim: Small piece of bread with peanut butter
Breakfast: Large fat-free Hazelnut latte (I went out on a limb with a new flavor, and all I can say is, eh), oatmeal with peanut butter
Lunch: small buffalo burger, 1/2 oz cheese, 15 baby carrots, tomato, Diet Coke
Afternoon snack: peanut butter; Diet Dr. Pepper
Dinner: Fried Rice with broccoli, carrots, corn & peas; 1.5 beers; 1 piece of berry pie (1/8 of a pie)
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 2000 yds in the pool (about 60 minutes)
