Lunch: chicken & rice burrito; diet Dr. Pepper
Afternoon snack: banana & PB
Dinner: 3/4 of an appetizer cheese quesadilla, some artichoke dip with pita; tuna & rice casserole; 4 beers (what? I was hungry)
Water: 80 oz
Exercise: not really
