Breakfast: coffee & two donuts (my annual birthday treat! yay!)
Lunch: banana with PB; tuna & rice casserole
Snack:1.5 pieces of homemade bread (very filling)
Dinner: chicken fajita soup; grilled cheese sandwich; 1 beer
Water: 12 oz (FAIL)
Exercise: 20 minute walk
