Lunch: chicken & dumplings, roasted veggies
Afternoon Snack: banana & peanut butter, 1 chocolate-covered macadamia nut
Dinner: turkey & cheese sandwich, 1 extra piece of bread with butter
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 400 crunches, 53 push-ups

Breakfast: Oatmeal & coffee
Lunch: 2 pieces of bread, 3 pieces of turkey, some cookie dough
Dinner: quesadillas & 2 beers
Water: 32 oz
Exercise: does grocery shopping count?

Breakfast: oatmeal & coffee
Run: 16 oz gatorade, 1 Gu
Postrun: Clif Bar
Lunch: cookie dough & pasta & 1 beer
Dinner: lots & lots of wine, some cheese & crackers, [...]

Breakfast: toaster waffles with PB & syrup, rogue girl scout cookie found all alone in the freezer
Lunch: chicken & cheese & mustard sandwich
Snack: Banana with PB
Dinner: Black bean burger with cheese, baked potato with butter & tomatoes, 1.25 beers
Water: 32 oz (boo)

March 23, 2009

Breakfast: instant oatmeal with PB
Lunch: chicken & rice casserole
Snack: banana & PB
Dinner: quesadillas (4 small corn tortillas, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, sauteed onion & garlic, mexican stewed tomatoes); 3 sips of beer
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: yoga (20 minutes) , crunches & push-ups (40)

March 20, 21 & 22, 2009 (weigh-in)

March 22, 2009
Breakfast: oatmeal with pb, butterscotch chips & applebutter; coffee
Run snack: one orange gu
Lunch: 6 (thousand cups of coffee), a bloody mary, and eggs benedict with cheesy grits (wonder why I don’t lose weight?)
Dinner: Diet coke & chicken & rice casserole; 6 saltines
Water: 64 oz (i.e. not enough)
Exercise: 10 miles

Pre-workout: coffee with soymilk
Breakfast: large fat-free latte (I’d forgotten about coffee #1); top of a lemon poppyseed muffin
Lunch: Moroccan stew
Afternoon snack: banana & PB
Dinner: All the food in the WORLD!  three beers; 1 tofu taco, some buffalo wings; some rice & eggplant curry.
Exercise: 3 miles (31:31); 300 crunches
Water: 100 oz

Breakfast: instant oatmeal with peanut butter
Lunch: turkey, cheese & tomato sandwich
Afternoon snack: cookie & diet coke
Dinner: Moroccan stew with homemade bread, 2 glasses of wine
Exercise: 36 pushups, 300 crunches
Water: 32 oz (boo)
