Lunch:1/2 beer; 2 small pieces of pizza
Dinner: tuna & macaroni & cheese; 2 glasses of wine; 3 thin mints
Exercise: 12 mile run

Lunch: cheese & tomato sandwich
Dinner: 3 small pieces of pizza; 2 pieces of cheesy bread; 2 glasses of wine (I was carbo-loading for my 12 miler)
