Breakfast: toaster waffles with peanut butter & syrup, coffee with low-fat soy milk
Lunch: PB&J, orange juice
Dinner: chicken quesadilla, black beans, 2 pita wedges with tomato & hummus; 2 pints of IPA
Exercise: 5 mile trail run
Water: 48 oz (not enough)
