Breakfast: instant oatmeal with PB
Lunch: chicken & rice casserole
Snack: banana & PB
Dinner: quesadillas (4 small corn tortillas, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, sauteed onion & garlic, mexican stewed tomatoes); 3 sips of beer
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: yoga (20 minutes) , crunches & push-ups (40)
