Lunch: chicken & dumplings, roasted veggies
Afternoon Snack: banana & peanut butter, 1 chocolate-covered macadamia nut
Dinner: turkey & cheese sandwich, 1 extra piece of bread with butter
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 400 crunches, 53 push-ups
