Brunch: 1 glass champagne, 1 persephone, 1 order of biscuits & gravy with 2 eggs
Dinner: 10 saltines, 2 oz cheese, 1/2 tomato
Exercise: 2 hours of gardening & a 5K race

Breakfast: Risotto
Lunch: Taco Bell value meal #9
Afternoon snack: butterscotch chips
Dinner: 3 pieces of hawaiian pizza
Exercise: moaning & groaning

Lunch: small salad & a ham & bacon & cheese sandwich
Snack: banana
Dinner: risotto, salad, too much gin
Exercise: 5 mile run

Weigh-In report
144.6 (-1/-8.2)
I don’t think this loss is real, and I wouldn’t be surprised to have a gain of 1-2 lbs for next week’s weigh-in. This morning when I stepped on the scale, I was about 4.5 lbs heavier than Saturday’s weigh-in (which is also not a real weight). Also, today (Monday) hasn’t been a good food day, so if I’m not good for the rest of the week, I’ll be in trouble!
