Breakfast: 2.5 eggs, scrambled with tomatoes, onions, garlic & cheese; breakfast potatoes, 1 screwdriver, ketchup
Lunch: 1 piece of veggie pizza
Dinner: cheese & crackers with salsa, 2 beers
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: getting groceries
April 11, 2009
Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter & slivered almonds, coffee & soymilk
During run: 2 gus
Post-run: 1 banana with peanut butter, 1/2 clif bar
Lunch: 1/2 cheese burger, tater tots, beer
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza, 1 beer
Dessert (oh yes, I just kept eating): 1/8 cup peanut butter stirred with honey & chocolate chips
Water: all of it (didn’t keep track, but a LOT - maybe 150 oz or so - I was THIRSTY)
Exercise: Not much, really - just a 15.05 mile trail run - you know, easy peasy + 22 push-ups
Weigh-in: 146.6 (+2/-6.2)
