Breakfast: Green smoothie (carrots, spinach, grapes, frozen strawberries & pineapple, flax seed & vanilla soy milk)
Morning snack: vanilla yogurt + some weird healthy cereal
Lunch: 2 pieces homemade bread, 1.5 pieces of cheese, 4 tiny pieces of deli-style turkey, mustard & tomatoes
Afternoon snack: banana + peanut butter
Dinner: broccoli + tofu stir-fry with couscous & black beans (a very ECLECTIC meal) & 1 beer (1/10)
Water: 60 oz
Exercise: 75 push-ups
Fruit/Veggie count: 6
