Breakfast: Green smoothie (carrots, spinach, grapes, frozen strawberries & pineapple, flax seed & vanilla soy milk)
Morning snack: vanilla yogurt + some weird healthy cereal
Lunch: 2 pieces homemade bread, 1.5 pieces of cheese, 4 tiny pieces of deli-style turkey, mustard & tomatoes
Afternoon snack: banana + peanut butter
Dinner: broccoli + tofu stir-fry with couscous & black beans [...]

Breakfast: 2.5 eggs, scrambled with tomatoes, onions, garlic & cheese; breakfast potatoes, 1 screwdriver, ketchup
Lunch: 1 piece of veggie pizza
Dinner: cheese & crackers with salsa, 2 beers
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: getting groceries

Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter & slivered almonds, coffee & soymilk
During run: 2 gus

Breakfast: coffee with soymilk; oatmeal with pumpkin & peanut butter
Lunch: chili & cheese
Dinner: 1.5 pretzels with mustard & cheese, chicken quesadillas, 3 beers
Exercise: run (7 miles), crunches (300), push-ups (65)
Water: 92 oz

Breakfast: monster green smoothie made with mixed greens, frozen strawberries & pineapple, & vanilla soy milk
Morning snack: 20 almonds
Lunch: Chili
Afternoon snack: bread & PB
Dinner: more chili - this time with shredded cheese & another piece of bread (the cupboards are a bit bare); 1.5 glasses of wine
Water: 85 oz
Exercise: 3 mile Walk

Today would not win any healthy eating awards
Breakfast: very large latte (fat-free), cinnamon-raisin bagel with cream cheese
Lunch: chili & crackers
Afternoon snack: almonds (20)
Dinner: lamb burger (YUM), 1/2 cup of chicken peanut soup, 1/2 side order of tots, 2 beers
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: crunches (400), push-ups (57)

April 7, 2009

Breakfast: cheerios & soy milk
Morning snack: banana & PB
Lunch: salad (greens, beets, turkey, cheese, eggs, tomatoes & croutons w/ bleu cheese), cottage cheese & pineapple
Afternoon snack: very big cookie
Dinner: chili with bread & crackers, 2 glasses of juice & 1 of wine
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 5.42 mile track workout, hanging on the bar

April 6, 2009

Breakfast: yogurt & cereal, coffee & soymilk
Lunch: chicken & rice burrito (no sour cream!), 1 small cookie
Snack: another cookie
Dinner: chicken & cheese sandwich, 1.5 beers
Exercise: push-ups (47) & abs (300), some hanging on my new pull-up bar.
Water: 32 oz
