Breakfast: Clif Bar
Post-Run: 2 tiny Lara bars, coffee with 1/2 & 1/2
Brunch: 1 glass champagne, 1 persephone, 1 order of biscuits & gravy with 2 eggs
Dinner: 10 saltines, 2 oz cheese, 1/2 tomato
Exercise: 2 hours of gardening & a 5K race
Water: 100 oz

Breakfast: yogurt & cheerios, large fat-free vanilla latte
Lunch: big-ass salad
Afternoon snack: banana & PB
Dinner: Chicken, salad, bread
Exercise: NOTHING! ha!
Water: 64 oz

April 1, 2009

Breakfast: coffee & soymilk; yogurt & cheerios
Lunch: moroccan stew & bread
Afternoon Snack: 2 chocolate covered macadamia nuts; banana with PB
Post run snack: 6 saltines with PB
Dinner: salad & couscous with black beans; wine
Exercise: 5 mile run; 200 crunches; 54 pushups
Water: 64 oz

Breakfast: banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (YUM); coffee with soy milk; oatmeal with PB
Morning snack: banana
Lunch: salad & cottage cheese
Afternoon snack: yogurt with cheerios
Dinner: Moroccan Stew & homemade bread
Exercise: 2.5 painful TM miles
Water: 64 oz
