Breakfast: 2 multi-grain toaster waffles, 2 TB peanut butter, 2 TB pumpkin butter; coffee with soymilk
Lunch: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2.5 oz cheese, 1 serving deli turkey, 2 TB ketchup; 1 lemon cookie
Dinner: 4 beers (7.75/10); 1 smallish chicken burrito, some chips & salsa
Water: 80 oz
Exercise: 5.5 mile VERY HILLY run.
Weight: 145.6 (-1.2/-7.2)

April 25, 2009 (Weigh-In)

Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter; coffee with soy milk
Lunch: chips & salsa; sopaipillas & honey; salad with ranch; just over 1/2 chicken burrito; Diet Coke
Dinner: 2 chicken sausages on buns, a few crackers & cheese; some bread with spinach dip; 4 beers & 2 glasses of wine (13.5/10)
Exercise: nothing
Water: 90 oz
Weight: 146.8 (+0.2/-6.0)

Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter, pumpkin butter & something else I can’t remember; coffee & soymilk
Lunch: 1 slice bread with cheese & turkey
Dinner: 3 beers (13.5/10); 3 pieces of pizza, 1 cookie
Exercise: 5 hours of yard work/gardening
Water: lots - didn’t count.
Weigh-in: 146.6 (-0/-6.2)

Breakfast: 2.5 eggs, scrambled with tomatoes, onions, garlic & cheese; breakfast potatoes, 1 screwdriver, ketchup
Lunch: 1 piece of veggie pizza
Dinner: cheese & crackers with salsa, 2 beers
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: getting groceries

Exercise: 2 hours of gardening & a 5K race

Breakfast: oatmeal with pb, butterscotch chips & applebutter; coffee
Run snack: one orange gu
Lunch: 6 (thousand cups of coffee), a bloody mary, and eggs benedict with cheesy grits (wonder why I don’t lose weight?)
Dinner: Diet coke & chicken & rice casserole; 6 saltines
Water: 64 oz (i.e. not enough)
Exercise: 10 miles
