Ummm - this weekend sucked. I was sick.
March 14, 2009
Breakfast: toaster waffles with PB & syrup; coffee
Lunch: cheese sandwich
Dinner: wine & lasagna, homemade bread; 2 cupcakes (I was carbo-loading!)
March 15, 2009
Breakfast: doesn’t matter, it didn’t stay
Lunch: saltines
Afternoon snack: small cheese sandwich
Dinner: pizza, wine, lemon tart (I was very hungry for some reason)

March 8, 2009
Breakfast: oatmeal with apple butter & peanut butter; coffee with soy milk
Post-run snack: banana with PB
Lunch:1/2 beer; 2 small pieces of pizza
Dinner: tuna & macaroni & cheese; 2 glasses of wine; 3 thin mints
Exercise: 12 mile run
Water: 48 oz

February 22 & March 1, 2009 (Weigh-In Days)

Breakfast: Coffee with soy milk; 1/3 cup of oatmeal made with water & vanilla soy milk; with peanut butter & apple butter
During run: 16 oz of gatorade; 16 oz water
Post run: 1 banana with 2 TB peanut butter
Lunch: 2 emergency quesadillas (4 corn tortillas, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 1 tomato, 3 TB frozen corn); 16 [...]

February 15, 2009 (weigh-in day)

Breakfast: oatmeal (1/3 cup each of water, oats, soy creamer; peanut butter, apple butter, 1/2 banana & 1 tsp vanilla); coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: 1/2 cup garlic mashed potatoes topped with 2 TB melted shredded cheese
Post-run lunch: 2 whole grain waffles, 2 TB peanut butter, 2 TB jam & 1/2 banana

February 8, 2009 (Weigh-In)

Breakfast: Oatmeal with peanut butter & apple butter; coffee with soy milk
Lunch: Spinach salad with tuna
Dinner: (h0memade) Chicken, noodle & vegetable soup, toasted cheese sandwich with homemade bread, 2 oz cheddar, tomatoes & sauteed onions. (YUM); 1 sip of the architect’s captain diet coke.
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: none (SLACKER)
Weight: 147.6 (+1/-5)

February 1, 2009 (Weigh-in Day)

Breakfast: oatmeal with Apple butter, peanut butter & walnuts
Lunch/Afternoon snack/Dinner: A large serving of homemade nachos (which makes them a little healthier than restaurant nachos - I baked cut-up tortillas for the chips, used ground turkey, light cheese & light sour cream. It was DELICIOUS with a little guac on top. YUM!; 2 beers

Breakfast: oatmeal with pumpkin butter, peanut butter & walnuts, coffee w/ creamer
Lunch: pancakes with butter, bananas, walnuts & syrup
Afternoon snack: a couple of bites of rice & beans and some friend plantains
Dinner: 1/2 beer, moroccan stew & a couple bites of homemade bread
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 5 hour run
Weight: 148.0 (+1/-4.6)
