January 18, 2009 - weigh in day

Breakfast: 1 piece of bread with peanut butter & lemon curd
Morning snack: 1 banana
Lunch: 1 hazelnut marionberry pancake with whipped cream, 1 order of hashbrowns with ketchup, 3 cups of coffee
Dinner: Steamed broccoli, baked potato wedges, 1 oz chicken, 1 TB of mayo
Dessert: 1 square of chocolate, 1 glass of wine
Exercise: Walk, 2.3 miles

January 12, 2009 (Weigh-In Day)

Breakfast: Oatmeal (my go-to breakfast on non-work days), today made with water, vanilla soy milk, apple butter, peanut butter & pecans, sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar; coffee w/ soy milk
Lunch: 1.5 pieces of leftover lasagna
Snacks: 5 chocolate covered strawberries, 1 banana
Dinner: leftover enchilada casserole, 1 square dark chocolate, 1 beer
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: Elliptical, 45 minutes

Lunch: cookies (it’s my weightloss trick - expect a book out any day)
Dinner: wine & appetizers
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 45 minutes elliptical
Weight: 149.2 (-1/-3.4)

December 8, 2008 (Weigh-In Day)

Breakfast: coffee with soy creamer; quiche cups (eggs, greens, onions & cheese)
Lunch: more cookies (must stop baking)
Dinner: salsa chicken
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: Bikram yoga, 90 minutes
Weight: 150.2 - must be the all-cookie diet (-2.0/-2.4)
